Here are some common problems and possible solutions that you can try before requesting a callout
The System Is Unresponsive
There should be instructions to perform a reset somewhere nearby. Try this and then call your platform again.
My car does not fit into the parking space!
Make sure that you are parking on your allocated platform with the correct vehicle. The platform is adjusted to fit only the vehicle you used during your induction.
The gate won’t close
You might need to check that you have parked correctly, inside the boundary of the laser sensor.
Someone else hasn’t parked properly
Please tell us the vehicle registration number, we will attempt to contact this person so they can move their vehicle.
I’ve lost my remote control!
You will be able to call your platform using the touchscreen on the stacker control panel. Please click here to email us your details and we will be happy to provide a replacement.
