You must also ensure that the E-Stop (Emergency Stop) button is not pressed.

Your site may have a system fault resetting instructions. If so, please follow the instructions to reset the fault and try calling your platform again. If the problem occurs again, please get in contact with us.

We recommend that users take a look at their parking space dimensions prior to purchase or lease. Match these dimensions up with your car dimensions to ensure that it will fit.

If your car does not fit please be sensible and do not park in the same spot. Contact your building manager as they may have an alternative solution.

Every car stacker spot has a titled owner. To swap spots the titled owners for the associated spots will have to be swapped. This requires approval from both titled owners, and in some instances the body corporate.

Due to the nature of this process, V-Space is not involved in title or parking spot swaps. It is up to the titled owners to organise this between themselves.

For inductions please ensure you arrive with the same car that you will be using to park in that spot. You should also verify that your car dimensions will fit the allocated space to you.

Please ensure that you arrive on time and are not late. Our friendly staff will be waiting for you in the car park. We will guide you through the process of safely parking your car and answer any questions you may have.

We will need the plan showing the title of each car stacker space. Our team will send you a flyer which can be forwarded to your tenants advising of the induction process.

Our car stackers are manufactured in China by a Taiwanese company. We enhance the system controls locally bringing them up to the AS 5124 standard. We ensure that all our systems are both remotely and locally assessed to our strict guidelines. We ensure that we produce safe and reliable systems.

Approval of all drawings and deposits must be paid before manufacturing can begin.

Shipping: 30 days approx + 1 week for customs clearance
